INGREDIENTS
- Buja Gin 50ml
- Yuzu syrup 20ml
- Lime juice 20ml
- Soda water
HOW TO MAKE
- Combine Buja Gin, yuzu syrup, lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a flute glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a thin slice of lime or twist of yuzu peel.
