INGREDIENTS
- Buja Gin 50ml
- Cold-brewed green tea 30ml
- Honey syrup 20ml
- Fresh lemon juice 20ml
- Egg white (optional, for foam)
HOW TO MAKE
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a light dusting of matcha.
