INGREDIENTS
- Buja Oak-Aged Gin 25ml
- Plum wine 25ml
- Campari 25ml
- Garnish: plum blossoms or a whole plum
HOW TO MAKE
- Place a large ice cube in an old-fashioned or rocks glass
- Pour in the Buja Oak-Aged Gin, plum wine, and Campari.
- Using a bar spoon, gently stir with the ice for 20 to 30 seconds to chill and integrate the flavours.
- Finish by decorating the glass with plum blossoms or a whole plum for a delicate, seasonal touch.
