“Red Date Reverie” is Buja’s ode to comfort and contemplation — a cocktail inspired by the Korean red date (daechu), a fruit cherished for its gentle sweetness and soothing aroma.
This creation reinterprets tradition with modern grace, transforming the soft warmth of red date into a sensorial moment that feels both nostalgic and new.
INGREDIENTS
- Buja Gin 50ml
- Red date syrup 10ml
- 2 drops of Angostura bitters
- Garnish: thin slice of dried red date
HOW TO MAKE
- Fill a highball or stemmed glass with ice.
- Pour in buja gin, red date syrup, angostura bitters
- Stir gently for 20~30 seconds.
- Garnish with a red date slice.
